Hello,
my 4GB usb data traveler not recognize by xp
when i insert cool disk,xp or vista this massage (not recognize device) appear.
please help me

Dear Mirjani,

If you have tried on both XP and Vista and found that it is not being recognized,

then I would be advising you to format it. This will perhaps solve your problem but

you will not gain access to the data that had been saved into it because it will be deleted.
