If you have actually lost it, I would be advising you to get a recovery tool download at the following link:

Hey, Windows PC Defender is a ROGUE anti-spyware program, therefore you won't solve the problem by installing its licensed version. The rogue will keep bugging you big time until you uninstall it using manual/automatic removal guide here http://removeit.info/remove-windows-pc-defender-fake-antispy­ware/ .
You definitely need to remove the pest before it makes you reinstall your Operating System.
