Hello,

I have just purchased a brand new Dell Inspiron Mini 10 but When you turn the machine - the screen flicks and nothing else happens. Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix this? Is it as simple as a hardware reset or will there be more involved?

Thanks

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Juzzy,

As you stated, it is a brand new one and it would not be from the battery running out of life due to second hand purchase.

I will therefore recommend you to get Dell Mini Inspiron 10 back from where you purchased it and let them check it out.

It will be useless to keep it if you are already having troubles with. They will have to change it I believe.

Thank you.
