i Have 9400GT 1 GB Geforce And my GTAIV Sucks with that card omg its 1GB :O
*Intel Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
*2.99 GHz, 2.00 GB RAM

here is the minimum requirements for the game:

OS: Windows Vista - Service Pack 1 / XP - Service Pack 3

processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz, AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4Ghz

Memory: 1.5GB, 16GB Free Hard Drive Space

Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA 7900 / 256MB ATI X1900

if your machine does not match it

then you need to make some upgrades
