HOW I CAN BREAK MY FOLDER OR FILE PASSWORD

Hello,
my problem is this i protect one of my folder by password by using DOS 98 windows now i have to idea what it was so now i want to break the given password please help me by giving me the command or any other method of breaking this folder or file password by using DOS 98
