Can't find my server name

Hello,
I have install SQL server 2005 in my VISTA OS but can't find out the server name, how can I find tht and where can I see the database ? any one plz tell me !!!

Dear Tuhin,

Just get on Command Prompt and execute the following command:

ping -a (own IP address)

While you ping your won IP address, you will be indicated your server name.
