I could not connect net in i-mate smartflip

Hello, Resp.sir, I've I-mate smartflip star101, CE0678. I couldnot get net or wap configuration setting. even my mobily telecom,KSA,Riyadh service operator couldn't connect net into my device.so pls help me as soon as possible.I'll be looking forward for yr information ! thanks.

Configuration: internet connection is not configured/how to verify setting data connection.
