RAM access

Hello,
Iam using AMD anthlon processor.It's fine.The problem is, I had 120Mb of RAM and enlarged it to 624Mb.
But,after 3days it reduced back to 120Mb .What should I do?

Unplug the PC - remove the new memory module and reinstall it. Be sure that the locking tabs click into place. You might need to use a pencil erasure to clean the memory contacts to get a good contact. You should check the date and time on the PC.
