I HAVE S9OI SIGMATEL MOBILE I HAD INSERTED A TATADOCOMO SIM AND I AM RECIEVING IN COMMING CALLS BUT I CAT MAKE OUT GOING CALLS WITH MY MOBILE . SO WHAT I HAVE TO DO.
