Lan using router

Hello, there

please help me with this

i got a router from BT (internet service provider) with one static ip address.
i want to connect three pc with it. and i want to use VPN connection to connect my this site of computer to the other site main server ( from where our stock is updating).
where there are three pcs.all of them are connected directly to the router with ethernet cable. internet is working on all of them. now problem starts from here the program (Stock software) we are usingonly one computer can login which is the main system.but whem i tried to enter into the system software from other computer its not letting me do anything. those other 2 system are unable to login. i have doubt some seeting needs to be done BUT HOW i dont know, Please any onecan help or reccommend me somthing. 3 pcs are pinging each other. Do i need to assign. IP address to them and also to the router. please give me the complete example cosidering aStatic Ip address in your mind.
