Hello,
I have a Gateway Laptop model MX8710 that will not power up. I have 19.2v DC on the connector from the power supply going into the computer. I have no lights on front of the computer. I also checked voltages on the battery pins with the battery out and had only 1.2vDC. I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Ricky

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.14
