I deleted my sound card **Need Help**

Hello,
i have a problem, i deleted my sound card and cant get it back.
i do not know the name of it or where to download it so at the moment i have no sound on anything only annoying beeps from the PC.

if anyone could give me a link to the download it would be great,

my Computer stats are like this:

System manufacture: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

System Model: 965P-DS3

Processor: Intel(R)Core(TM)2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86Ghz (2CPUs)

Memory: 1022Mb RAM
