Hello,
CAN PLS HELP ME, I AM USING A WINDOWS VISTA BUT MY OS NOW WONT START ITS SAYING THAT I MAY BE A VICTIM OF SOFTWARE COUNTERFEITING. AND ALSO IT SAYS THAT MY COPY OF WINDOWS IN NOT GENUINE BUT I AM POSITIVE THAT IT IS GENUINE IT IS PRE INSTALLED IN MY LOPTOP WHEN I BOUGHT IT. THIS PROBLEM START AFTER I BRING MY LOPTOP TO THE SHOP FOR SOME REASON. ITS WINDOWS VISTA HOME PRENIUM BEFORE AND AFTER I PICK IN THAT SHOP IT BECOME A VISTA ULTIMATE. PLS HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY ITS BECOME COMPLICATED NOW. AND HOW I CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

You will have to take the laptop back to the shop!

As they installed a pirated version of Windows Ultimate on your system

You will have to deal with the shop to get a genuine windows vista
