How to remove RegSVR, from LINUX Samba Svr.

Hello,

Our firm computerised by using a Samba Server with XP nodes. Recently Samba server shows two files such as Regsvr.exe and autorun.inf and also the folders are increased with the samefolder name with exe extension. Please suggest me how to remove this virus from our server.
