Internal error code 256 daemon tools

Hello,
using windows xp, when I try to enter setup of Daemon tools I receive an 'internal error code 256 message' I have had the programme running before however had to reboot OS, I have no idea how to get it working, please help

did you download the correct version compatible

to the version of your machine that is 32 or 64 bit

if not then check it
