Laptop, starts logs in and u only see deksto

Hello,
my laptop of three days old.
i ran uxtheme and alll this blah blah came up so the computer restarted, so i cliked on mmy usename, it logs in, and u can only see the desktop backround that is it, i can also run the ctr alt deleat.

I NEEED HELP ASAP, i am a student and i have school on monday, today is saturday.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.3

Hi there,

right click on desktop

press on properties >

display tab>

change desktop icon

select desktop icons

then go to control panel and uninstall the uxtheme
