Restoring computer to factory settings

Hello,
Please can anyone help me restore my computer back to factory settings.

I have a packard bell imedia

p/d - 0478403
s/n - 047840320547
p/n - PB13316901

Unfortunately I have not got a CD to do this & the options that are given in my manual that came with the computer are not accesible ie (the f10 option on start up or the system tools restore)

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 8.0

you an contact manufacturer and ask for a recovery disk

or try to make a system restore to the date you have used it for the first time
