Not receiving emails or websites, on internet

Hi I am able to be on MSN but i can not receive emails or go and browse websites, Can anyone tell me what happened i was fine yesterday

Hi there,

clear the cache and delete the cookies on

your browser this should fix the issue

Sorry cleared cache and cookies have done that regularly. still have the problem of not being able to open my internet explorer browser and check my emails or surf the net. i use a rogers high speed stick, and have a strong signal. Tower is 1/4 mile away computer is slow and often responds "not responding." msn CHAT opens so i know i am connected to the internet. Can you solve this problem i would greatly appreciate it Computers can be frustrating! Dale
