System wont start

Hello,
i have motherboard Asus p4 8533-x, i tried to install a ram Starex 512mb x2 (DDR400-cl3) which has the frequency 400 mhz ,thu the bios has the option to set the ram slot frequency at 400 the system wont start and when i change back to a 333 mhz ram it starts normally. i hope u can find a solution to my problem and Thx

is to change the new one to a 333 mhz
