IEXPLORE.EXE-APPLICATION ERROR

Hello,
I came one error in my computer.the instruction at "0x1002249c"referenced memory at "0x00000000"the memory could not be written.
click on OK terminate programme.
click on CANCEL to debug programme.
pls help this problem solution.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
