I close my laptop in the on mode. Then when I open it the screen was dark and now is like in the hypernate mode. I turn it off by pressing 8 seconds the power on button. Wait like 5 minutes and turn in on and still the screen in blank, the red light of the mouse is off and the power button blinks in some period of time...
