It has detected a problem in windows.

Hello, Our computer is saying that it has detected a problem in windows and its goes to the blue shut down screen and it tells me to do all these different things but I cant because every time I log in it happens, how do I fix it?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
