This could be a problem with the document being reformatted for the printer. Either you have the margins in Word set outside the Printers printable area or there is a problem with the fonts. Perhaps you have down-loadable fonts turned OFF and you then get the document reformatted using Printer fonts that are a different size. You will need to experiment with the Printer settings (or Word settings) to solve your problem.
