Remote access

Hello,
I have a T.V tuner in my PC at home, I can remotely access this PC from my office and run T.V , the T.V run but I can't see it's video, T.V screen is black in my office but in the same time it's OK at home,
Conclusion: I can see my pc desktop in home from my PC at office through remote access but I can't see the T.V video ( black) although the T.V is working properly.
Anybody can help me???????
