Ethernet Driver installation

Hello,
I have a Acer C110 Laptop Tablet PC with Windows XP Tablet PC Edition as the OS system. Ineed to get the ethernet controller Driver installed so I can get on the internet. I have a flash drive, where would be a good place to get the driver? It seems like everything I do to install it, it seems to come to a point where you need internet connection. In which there is noway to connect to the internet untill the driver is installed. Help Please

You will have to download the driver from another computer, let's say at the cybercafe!
