Hello,

Unable to install anti-virus to my laptop.

I have old version of Symantec that is also not working & new one which have downloaded from net.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

You will have to remove the symantec antivirus,

I will advise you to use Kaspersky

Please download it here:

http://www.kaspersky.com/

Download the latest version and update the antivirus after installation
