I have a real big problem...

SYMPTOMS:-
Task Manager :
NOTEPAD.exe
chkdskk.exe
SVCHOT.exe
wualct1.exe
1.pif,2.pif,3.pif,4.pif,20.pif
Folder Options:
view hidden files and folders (show and do not show) both radio button is checked
System Performance:
Slowed down
System Time / BIOS time:
Has gone back 4 years -- means 2004 (BIOS time can be changed-on reboot,it goes back to 2004 and so the same with windows time)
Internet :-
get chinese popup adds
The internet browser has got a new button (Internet Explorer) which has a picture of a globe,when a mouse placed over it says #$%$

Hard Disk:
on right clicking it a drive instead of open and explore ... #$%# is seen
Control Panel:
new program installed ADSENSE BASED POPUP

Procedures performed in order to fix it :-

Internet Explorer Browser removed and installed mozilla firefox which helped in not getting the japanese or chinese pop ups.
found the files in prefetch with .pif extensions those mentioned above.
and deleted them

Anti virus used:- avg, microsoft malicious software remover,cureit,megabytes anti-malware, online scans by microsoft and trend micro.These used to find the trojans and all and remove them but they all come back on restart... everything comes back.

HELP NEEDED!!!!
