How to make multibootable dvd

Hello,
I want to make a multibootable windows dvd. I have four windows (XP Pro, XP Black edition, XP gold cobra, XP corporate edition). I want to make all windows in one dvd. I have tried a lot but not work.
So please someone tell me how to do that. I will be highly obliged of you for this.
