Problem of changing Language

Hello,
I have bought a labtop it's operating system is Vista and it is installed German language unfortunatilly I don't Know German Language at all and I want to change computer's Language in English without installing it again, if it is possible please help me and I will be Kind of you.

Microsoft only supports language changes on the top of the line Vista (NOT Vista home premium)
