Pictures are not clear while using internet.

Hello,
The pictures while using internet are not clear.Even the pictures saved in my laptop are not clear when i upload them on any site on internet.I have tried using different browers like IE,Mozilla firefox,google chrome..but this problem occurs in every browers.can u suggest some solution to this problem.
