Here is my issue. I have a WD TB and it has stopped working all of a sudden. When I plug it in the hard drive starts up. I can feel it running. My computer recognizes that I plugged in a USB device. The hard drive will not show up in MY COMPUTER. The computer has to recognize it because it can be seen in the device manager. I have tried different USB ports, uninstalling, updating drivers, etc. when I click on safely remove hardware it is empty. One thing that is kind of screwy is that in the device manager there is a yellow triangle on one of the USB devices. I tried updating that but it says that it is up to date. When I click on check for solutions it says could not load driver software. also in computer management it shows all of my drives. one is missing the drive letter but i can't give it one. when i right click on it i am only given a help option.I have had this hard drive for 2 weeks before it stopped working and I had over 250 GB on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
