Can't play DVD'S On my Laptop

Hello,
I can't play DVD'S on my labtop any more. I have an Dell inspiron 1525. When i put an dvd in and open Windows media player it says error code and something. I really want to play DVD's on my laptop so PLEAS HELP ME!.

I was able to play dvd's on my labtpo intell my pc crashed i fixed it and tryed reinstalling Media dirct that doesn't intall but DVD's should be able to play without Media Direct and should play in Windows Meida player.

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

I can't play a video file. What's wrong? ShowYou probably need codecs. The one I use is called the K-Lite Codec Pack which includes a nice bunch of codecs. You might also want to try VLC Media Player which features a host of codecs built-in.

Download cyberlink and install this will solve the problem
