How to install xp to vista for compaq presari

Hello,

I bought new Compaq Presario Laptop with basic home vista, but i don't want to use vista and i wanted to install xp when i tried to install m getting "blue screen error". Please advice me how to install and how i need to change bios and where i wil get the drivers and what and software is required to install.

You can't install xp on the new generation of laptop, because this vista version is built for the laptop itself and you can't install another os for it.
