Cant activate my old account

Hi,

I did deactivate my account, then was not able to activate again. I signed up again with the same email address and password assuming it will activate. Unfortunately l opened a new account and l badly want my old account back.

Please advice

What account, on which site, once you diactivated an account it's completely erased from the server, don't lose your time trying to get it back.
