Hello,
i am a network student on research,i wish you could help me with the solotion to this problem:I will like to know whether there is a technic to use a cell phone as a modem and connect to my computer to access the internet free of charge.Please can you also help me how to use the skype software with my cell phone to have access to the internet.my last question is that my dell desktop computer after putting on ,it signals ,but can not open the monitor,what is the causeof the problem?
