Bugs in cod 4????

Hello,
im playing cod 4 and there are lots of bugs in the game and this is driving me nuts,,i dont know what to do so please help me out of this,,,,,,,,,

yes me too and i have 5 guns in one hand ,,,,,,,its cool but not when the enemies double;-
