Expired certification

Hello,
can anyone teach me how to deal with this expired certification. When i try to log on to facebook it can not connect due to expired certification. Not even my yahoo mail account i can no longer open it and it's been 3 days now. is there such thing to download a facebook certification or yahoo certification? Thanks!
