Hello,
I received an answer to my question - that there is a hole under the disc drive that if I insert a pin the cd-rom drive will open. Maybe I didn't explain correctly. This is my first pc and I am very new at using it. My pc has 2 pieces, the monitor and the other piece is where my cd-rom drive is. I think it is an old pc. There is no hole under the cd-rom drive where I press the button to eject the cd. Do you have any other suggestions on how I can open this? Thank you.

Where the cdrom tray ejects there will be a very tiny hole, just big enough to get a pin in. it's usually just above and to the left of the eject button.
