I can't format and open my usb flash drive

Hello,
when i want to format my flash drive it syas pleas insert a disk int to drive .......
and when i want to open it says windows can not open drive (D)

Dear Sir,

You will need a tool to format your usb flash drive successfully,

Please use HP USB Storage formatting tool here:

https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/4639-hp-usb-disk-storage-format-tool/

Install it and then run to format your flash drive
