Magicjack usb software is not installing

Hello,
when I plug my magicjack usb in my pc,software is not installed and the system is showing when clicking ihe usb symbal 'safly remove the hardware.the software in the device is not installed.when I give open and give auto run it is running for few seconds and stops.after some time it goes off.
kindly help me in solving this problem.

my magic Jack isn't working on my iMac either. it seems to be on but nothing is happening.

i bought my majic jack since februs\ary and its not working at times I could hear a dial tone but nothing else I have tried talking with the online crew and they were no help my jack is not working since I biught it.what can I do to get it to work.

Have you had this problem form the start? Try using a different USB port or if possible try it on a different computer. This way you can find out if the Magic Jack is defective. Most of the time it is a computer issue but once in a while its a bad jack.
