Magicjack usb software is not installing

Hello,
when i plug my magicjack usb in my pc,software is not installed and the system is showing when clicking ihe usb symbal 'safly remove the hardware.the software in the device is not installed.when i give open and give auto run it is running for few seconds and stops.after some time it goes off.
kindly help me in solving this problem.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
