Hello, I'm having trouble with my Dell. It seems to work fine up until it starts loading. Like right after the screen with the green loading bar, it just goes blank. I can only see the black screen and the white mouse. Control alt delete doesn't do anything, nor does the shift 5 times, just the sound. Help?
