Internet problems with hp mini

Hello, my internet is connected fine, and the page just wont load on internet explorer or mozilla firefox. I have changed the ip adress and has some people look at it im connected fine but i just can not recieve an internet page. please help me i have a hp mini 110

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.2

Hi there,

go to your browser setting

for internet :

tools>internet options tab

then press on delete cookies and clear the cache

then Firefox open browser

then press ctrl shift and del

to clear the cookies and clear the cache

once done

press windows key + r

type cmd enter

then type ipconfig /release,

/flsuhdns
/renew
