Gmail Incoming mail server and out email serv

Hello,
I am trying to reply to a craigslist ad; however when trying to send my information to the attached email it is asking me for Incoming mail (pop3 or IMAP) server and Outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name and I do not know this. I am hoping you can help me out.
