Need network controller drivers for m35x-s111

Hello, I've recently reformated my laptop (Toshiba m35x-s111). I reformated via WindowsXP installation disks. After reformating I was unable to connect to the Internet, I checked my device manager and noticed that Network Controller and PCI Modem were listed under '? Other Devices'. I found the drivers for the PCI modem and it was removed from the list. I've read about people with similar problems that they are unable to connect to the Internet because of problems with Network controller drivers. Anyone help would be highly appreciated.
