Can't sign in to msn explorer

Hello,
Can't sign in to msn explorer since I took an upgrade on windows messenger just keep getting an error an message that say msn messenger has a problem and need repairing but the repair does not happen when I click on repair now.

hi there,

reset your ip

type ipconfig/release in cmd

then ipconfig/flush dns

and finally ipconfig/renew

then restart messenger
