Hello,can ne 1 help me i just got a iphone and when i turned it onit comes up with itunes and i carn,t seem 2 use it untill i download itunes , but the the thing is unable 2 download it ne suggestions please

Tryed that m8 dont work it keeps on saying unable 2 install gear driver at the moment and its schedulled 2 b deleted and im 2 reboot my comp how do i do that thanx again
