Hello,
All of my Agent Managed machines are grey. The Health state is healthy but no stats are being collected. There is nothing that is useful in the event logs for either the server or the target machine. I do see on the client machine a event indicating the OpsMgr is out of date. Ran a repair on the managed agents and get same results.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0
