Audio driver aspire 4310

Hello,
can somebody help me with my acer aspire 4310? it has no sound on it. i already download and install audio driver for acer aspire 4310, from acer europe website. but in the middle of instalation process, always shown error message, 'failed to install'. please help me. thank you very much....

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.12

website also install the chipset driver first
