Registry disabled

Hello,
when i used registry editor...there is a mesage...."registry editing has been disabled by your administrator"....i googled it....and i found it...but the problem is they keep disabled...can you help me,..,.,..,

I am sorry but i can't help you about this problem,

If your system administrator blocked the registry it's for access restriction

Just contact the System administrator for this issue
