How to unlock Win.Rar File

Hello,
I have archeived some fiies through win.rar software and protected by password. I was also aseked for back up password as it was backed by fingerprint reader protection.

Now due to some resosons i had to reinstall my OS ( Windows Vista Home Premium). Now while i am trying to recover the file it ask to swipe finger after swiping the finger it shows error user not authorised.

Please let me know if any solution to recover my files back.
